Use the FCSO Public Records Requests page. Completed forms may be emailed to fcsorecords@co.forrest.ms.us; the policy also allows mail, fax, or hand delivery. Ask for the booking sheet, release entry, release authority, and destination tied to a named booking. Published costs include $0.15 per black-and-white page, $0.25 per color page, no charge for emailed files under 25 MB, and $10 for USB or CD up to 1 GB, plus applicable labor or other costs.

For a felony judgment, bond order, dismissal, probation order, or discharge entry, use the Forrest County courts route and the Circuit Clerk. The Board decides parole, while MDOC supervises it.
