Nature of the Website

This is a private reference site with no authority over Forrest County Adult Detention Center, the Forrest County Sheriff, MDOC, the Mississippi State Parole Board, BOP, ICE, or any court. It does not store official jail, release, offender, or court records. It cannot release a person, confirm current custody, change a record, file a request for a visitor, or provide an official status statement.

The site points visitors toward custody and release-record resources for Forrest County and may connect visitors with outside research tools. A link or search result does not turn the site into the record custodian.
